1、 Load the silicon steel sheets to be annealed into an iron box (according to the size of the silicon steel sheets, it is better not to pack more than three layers), install the frame, and cover each box of silicon steel sheets with a slightly smaller cover plate than the iron box (preferably made from silicon steel sheet data). Lift it into the furnace and lock the furnace cover.
2、 Install the three thermocouples of Dahua Meter on the furnace body, install the chimney, and turn over the exhaust valve.
3、 Check whether the voltage, current and appearance of the electrical cabinet are normal, install the recording paper of Dahua Meter, and check the normal paper feeding of the recording paper (first turn on the power switch).
4、 Set the initial temperature of the temperature control meter to 400 ℃, check if the currents of the power meter are common, and after ensuring that they are adjusted together, turn on the heating switch for heating.
5、 Check if the exterior of the electrical room is normal and adjust the power of the furnace.
6、 Connect the nitrogen gas, check for any leaks, and verify the normal supply of circulating water.
7、 When the temperature rises to 400 ℃, open the nitrogen valve and inject 100-200ml of nitrogen gas. At this moment, open the valve for circulating water.

8、 When the temperature is determined to rise to 400 ℃, conduct constant temperature for about 1 hour, and confirm that the temperature of the large ornamental column watch is also about 400 ℃ (there is not much waste gas at the moment).
9、 After the insulation is completed, set the temperature control meter to 500 ℃ and heat it up. During this process, pay attention to whether the current meter is in good condition and promptly address any issues.
10、 When the temperature rises to 500 ℃, maintain a constant temperature for about 45 minutes. At this time, check whether the furnace body has changed, whether there is any air leakage, and whether the circulating water supply is normal.
11、 After the constant temperature is set, set the temperature gauge to 600 ℃ and heat it up. Turn up the nitrogen pressure regulating valve and inject 200-400 ml of nitrogen, as there is a lot of exhaust gas at this moment.
12、 When the temperature rises to 600 ℃, keep it constant for about 45 minutes, and then check if the voltage is normal.
13、 Finally, set the temperature control table to 680 ℃ -750 ℃ (depending on the raw material of the silicon steel sheet). For cold-rolled non oriented silicon steel sheets, the general annealing temperature for domestic B50A600, 50W600, 50AW600, 50WW540 and below is around 680 ℃, while for equivalent raw materials, an appropriate 20 ℃ can be used. For non oriented high trademarks, the general annealing temperature is around 750 ℃. Cold rolled oriented silicon steel sheets are generally annealed at a temperature of around 820 ℃. Nitrogen can be turned up a bit, or kept at 400 ml of nitrogen, as there is a lot of exhaust gas at this moment.
14、 After the temperature rises to the set temperature, the constant temperature shall not be less than 2 hours. The Dahua meter shall also be at or below the set temperature. At this moment, the exhaust valve can be turned down.
15、 After completion, close the exhaust valve (not closed), inject nitrogen into 100-200ml, close the circulating water valve (the outlet valve is always open), and close the heating switch and power switch.
16、 After checking for accuracy, the stress relief annealing process of the silicon steel sheet in the furnace enters a cooling state. It can only be removed from the furnace when the temperature inside the furnace drops below 380 ℃ (preferably 350 ℃).
