3. Observe the manufacturing process of the iron core. Whether the surface of the iron core is smooth, flat, and the thickness is uniform, and whether there are burrs at the cutting port of the high-pressure pump.
4. It also depends on the quality of the insulation layer, which is important to reduce multiple short circuits to a certain extent.

Instrument testing method:
1. Empty load test. According to the design scheme of the toroidal transformer, the iron core is wound with a coil with a certain number of turns, and a corresponding alternating current of varying sizes is applied. The current is measured to determine the quality of the iron core. The smaller the no-load current of the transformer, the better the quality of the iron core, and the design of ampere turns is very reasonable.
2. Load testing. During the test, the temperature changes during the operation of the transformer can be felt. If the temperature rises quickly, it indicates a large loss of the iron core. Of course, it is also important to pay attention to whether there is noise during the operation of the transformer.
